At Bali Ocean Surf, every session is designed as a real moment support, de progression and of share. In the water and out of it, our team puts its experience, teaching skills, and knowledge of the ocean at the service of each student, to offer Human, supervised, and accessible surfing.
A Story of Passing Down
Very early on, Julien understood that surfing could be much more than a personal practice. By accompanying his older brother, who had a leg amputated, to his first standing wave, he discovered what would guide him going forward: to transmit, adapt, and make surfing accessible. A conviction that continues to live on today through the entire Bali Ocean Surf team.
From this experience, a way of teaching surfing with more attention, and more adaptation and more of humanity, which continues to guide the spirit of BOS today.
This desire to pass on is felt today throughout the entire Bali Ocean Surf team.

In addition to our assistant coaches and our field team, at Bali Ocean Surf, the Local monitors hold an essential place within the team: it is largely thanks to them that our sessions maintain this authentic, deeply locale, and this human experience that students find at BOS.

Around the sessions, everything is designed to prolong the BOS experience beyond just the time spent in the water. From the welcome, to the preparation, to the conversations after surfing and the shared living spaces, every detail contributes to creating a more fluid, warmer, and more human environment.
With our bar and our premium beach access, we are creating a more comfortable, more fluid, and deeply rooted framework the local atmosphere from Bali.
